Staying Requirements

Everything you need to know before booking; designed to keep
all our guests safe, comfy, happy, and healthy

We accept cats above 3 months of age for boarding in our cat hotel. We don’t have maximum age and we welcome senior cats, provided that they’re healthy and suitable for boarding.

All cats boarding with us must possess Rabies and FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia) vaccinations for the entire duration of their staying period. If the cat is unvaccinated or requires a booster shot, the course of the vaccination must be completed at least 2 weeks before the date of the boarding.

  • Rabies
  • FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia)
  • You can choose for your cat NOT to be vaccinated for FeLV. However, you must provide a negative FeLV test result from a vet (within 6 months) for your cat. This ensures good immune system protection for your beloved feline companions.
  • Vaccination record or pet passport must be provided at time of booking. You can take a picture of the page that shows the stickers and date of the latest vaccination, signed by the vet.
  • All vaccinations must be current and not expired (within 3 years).
  • Records must clearly show vaccine names, dates, and validity periods.
  • Original vaccination book should be presented at check-in.
  • Vets may recommend against booster vaccinations for senior cats.
  • We accept written vet note declaring the cat is suitable for boarding and compliant with our terms of stay.
  • Sterilised/fixed cats have the full access to communal cat playground anytime, where they will be able to socialise with other cat guests.
  • We do not accept non-sterilised sexually matured cats, as they might cause unwanted behaviour to other cats and to our facility.
  • Non-sterilised/non-fixed cats will only get accepted if they’re under 12 months. Above 12 months, they’re considered as sexually matured. During their stay, they will have to stay in their private cabin. They will be allowed to access communal area under staff supervision only.

Cats must be treated for worm, fleas and ticks within 3 months prior to boarding

  • Approved products: Frontline, Stronghold, Advantage, or equivalent.

  • Clean and free of active parasites, fungal infections, contagious illness, or open wounds at check-in.

At check-in, your cats must be free from signs of illness or contagious disease, free from aggression or severe stress indicators, and healthy to stay in a group boarding environment.

  • You must disclose all medical conditions of your cat at time of booking.
  • We may refuse to serve or to accept admission if you failure to disclose their medical conditions.

Minimum age is 6 months (mandatory, no exceptions). We only accept dogs mature enough to enjoy group play safely.

We have no limit on maximum age. We welcome senior dogs, as long as they can enjoy socialisation and staying comfortably in our hotel.

All dogs must be vaccinated with current certificates (within 24 months):

  • Rabies
  • DHPP combo (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)
  • Bordetella (kennel cough) for daycare, since all dogs share one large indoor playground, so this protects everyone.

For boarding, we strongly recommended this, but it is not mandatory, yet. However, if the dog is not vaccinated with Bordetella, the owner will be required to sign liability waiver (see Section 6).

Why Bordetella Matters?

Kennel cough spreads rapidly in group settings. Vaccination protects your dog and their playmates from respiratory illness.

It is strongly recommended, especially if your dog:

  • Travels around frequently.
  • Attends many group activities (training classes, dog parks).
  • There are known outbreaks in the Tallinn area.
  • Vets may recommend against booster vaccinations for senior dogs.
  • We accept written vet note declaring the dog is suitable for boarding and compliant with our terms of stay.
  • Full access to outdoor play areas.
  • Can socialise with other dog guests (based on temperament assessment).
  • Standard pricing applies.

Non-sterilised/Non-neutered dogs:

  • Accepted with conditions.
  • Cannot interact with other guests in group settings.
  • Individual playtime in private play yard with staff supervision only.
  • Additional fee: €5/night (covers extra cleaning, staff time, private space management).
  • Non-spayed females in heat or due to be in season.
  • Pregnant dogs.
  • Non-neutered males over 9 months old, for daycare and boarding group play.

At check-in, dogs must be clean and free of active parasites, fungal infections, contagious illness, or open wounds.

Dogs must have:

  • Treated within 3 months prior to arrival on our boarding.
  • Approved products: Frontline, Stronghold, Advantage, or equivalent.
  • If not treated: We can administer treatment at check-in (owner’s expense: treatment cost + €3 admin fee)
    • Example: Treatment costs €15, total charge €18
  • Why year-round? Fleas survive indoors during winter, and ticks are active whenever temperature is above 5°C.
  • Dewormed within 3 months prior to arrival.
  • If not treated: We can administer treatment at check-in (owner’s expense).
