Opening Hours
Our hotel is in service 365 (or 366) days a year; however, the doggy daycare is only open on Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays and all public holidays.
Pet Hotel
We want to provide you with the best possible service, and since Sundays and public holidays are our family days and we have to prioritise the pets as well, we would appreciate not having visitors (other than check-in and check-out) on these days.

Our hotel works like human’s hotel. You can bring your pet early before check-in time, and they will spend their time in the playground while we prepare their room. If you have to pick up late, let us know immediately. We will keep your pet accompanied in the playground until you come. Late pick up charge will be applied accordingly.

Special Opening Hours
We are a family business, and a family needs some time off, so we hope you understand that we have special opening hours during Public Holidays. During these days, you can check-in and check-out only during the special opening hours, and late check-out fee will be waived.
